Turning data into change

You have an insatiable interest in data and its far-reaching potential. You’ll collaborate across IT and business departments to collect, analyze, integrate and understand a range of vital data. Then you’ll work closely with colleagues across the globe to turn your findings into practical applications that provide real solutions to the challenges of our business and our 93 million customers. Data Science is a key area for AXA right now. Not only are we investing millions in AI and data tools –we’re also investing in the exceptional minds that shape the data science that shapes AXA. We’re proud to be the very first insurer to build its own Data Academy.
